A special surprise for the Birthday party—two live parrots.  The kids got to hold the white one, and even Grandma Dixie was able to hold her.  Then lots of cupcakes and games.  It was a great party AJ

That evening AJ and Aubrey came to Grandma and Papa’s house to trick or treat.  AJ was a pirate and Aubrey was Rapunzel.  She used Grandma’s blonde wig!

#13-24 Boulder Dam and Henderson, NV 10-16-2013

Going over the dam on the new road.  Really can’t see a thing, but boy are you high! It does have a walkway for the adventurous.

Our grand niece, Breanna and her son Jaxson visiting us in the RV at Boulder City Elks lodge.  

Then down to dinner at the Steakhouse and Sushi restaurant my brother loves.  Lots of fun and good memories.

I know these posts are late in being added to the blog, but it has been a very busy time with lots of distractions and a program that wouldn't work correctly (EEK!!!).  So please forgive me for being months and months late in posting.  I’m trying to catch up.    Dixie
