This is a new blog for Frank and I. Last year we used myRVspace. They changed their formats and my posts keep disappearing. I'm hoping this will work better.
I'm going to go back a month and try to let everyone know what we have been doing.
During the month of June we went to granddaughter, Micaela Martin's high school graduation on June 8, at Palm Desert High School.

After Micaela's graduation we left the desert and headed to Oceanside. We parked at the Elks Lodge and got ready for the first ever Proulx Family Reunion.

The reunion was held on June 18 and 19. We had appetizers and conversations the first night along with a surprise 80 1/2 birthday cake for Frank. The kids really enjoyed helping him blow out the candles.
The second evening we had dinner catered by Pat and Oscar's. We also held a raffle. Everyone said the reunion was a lot of fun and a big success. We had a lot of help from Diane--who got us the room, and from Todd and Rachael, who let us use the oven in their suite. It was a joint affair and we were really sorry John and Bernadette Proulx (who first had the idea for a reunion) couldn't make it because of health problems. Next time, John, it will be near San Jose!
